In a nutshell: no one person can make you completely happy because you are made up of several people yourself (with physical, social, and spiritual needs). Even if we disagreed with them, this book allowed some of us to re-think common misconceptions about sex and happiness. If you really love someone, you will allow them to do whatever they need to do to be happy. Took the concept of unconditional love to a whole other level.
