Coffee table cookbook. Fun to read, and lovely pictures, but I doubt I'll ever cook more than one or two recipes out of it. ( )

Book description

(Den engelskspråklige utgaven heter Where Flavor Was Born). I april 2008 ble den tildelt prisen for Best Foreign Cookbook i Gourmand World Cookbook Award.
