This series is really good anyway but this book in particular is excellent. Growing out of the case a couple of books back in the series it investigates what happens after a rape trial is completed and as the title suggests (so I'm not giving too much away) the defendant is released as the jury's decision doesn't stand up to appeal. Lots of character development among the ongoing players.
