Great book. I continually refer back to it. I like that it starts with advice on being a good listener as part of being a communicator. The conflict management section is also very helpful, including the advice on giving whole messages.
This is a good starter for people who want to understand interpersonal communication, conflict management, and some of the psychological terms used to describe how we communicate.
