This was the first volume in Jensen's "Men of Maple Hill" series for Harlequin Superromance that I had a chance to read. I'm a sucker for Christmas romances, and the cover just popped off the shelf at me. I've since gone back and read all the others in this series, but this is still my favorite.

Muriel Jensen was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts. After high school, she worked for Pacific Telephone before joining the secretarial pool at the Los Angeles Times while taking a correspondence course in fiction writing. She wrote her first novel, Winter's Bounty, while managing a bookstore. It was published in 1984.
