Certainly an entertaining spinoff of the Suds series, and fun as a re-visit with the ladies of Noah's Ark. Unlike other reviewers of this book, I have cooked from it, and the recipes come out very nicely, and definitely good tasting. Modern-day cooks may need to watch fat and carb counts in some offerings, although overall it's pretty health-conscious. (Mrs. Rasmussen was somewhat ahead of her time.)

N.B.: Given the choice, go for this edition (1970) rather than the 1946 original. The "second helpings" add thirty to forty percent more material to the book.

Noah's Ark food in all its WWII glory! Good basic food for hungry people. Reprint from 1946 edition & recipes for the yummy stuff in the Suds in Your Eyes book series. Treasure!
