This is the best spy thriller i've read in a long time. i was totally intrenched. i could put it down but didn't want to. it makes me think back to the brotherhood of the rose. (which in all fairness was better) but for some reason it comes to mind. possibly because i was so pleasantly surprised at how much i enjoyed it. it was well written. it had subtle nuances that intrigued you. (although they were perfect. it took a few suprising turns and some not so suprising.
overall it was very enjoyable and i would highly recommend it. it is about russian spys and undercover agents. double and triple agents. assasinations and betrayals. it stands alone and isn't connected to anything in purticular. it is an original story line.
Really good mystery/thriller.
