Hercule Poirot and Inspector Japp get together to solve the mystery of the Prime Minister. Poirot learns that the Prime Minister is shot, and later hears that it was not fatal, but he has been kidnapped. Putting his grey cells together with Inspector Japp he tries to solve the mystery and locate the Prime Minister before it’s too late.

I like the mysteries without the murder. It’s good to know that Poirot isn’t just surrounded by dead bodies, he’s trying to stop there be murder too! In this case it’s the Prime Minister of England and as usual Poirot has it in hand.

Poirot and Japp have chemistry together. Japp holds a certain reverence for Poirot and his detective skills and of course Poirot in his own conceited way loves this. show more Together they made for a fun mystery and I enjoyed this one.

I listened on audio and I’m sure everyone is sick of me saying this but I love listening to Hugh Fraser and David Suchet together. I’m looking forward to listening to more of these short stories on audio.

The British P.M.David MacAdam is to attend a conference in France but has been kidnapped there. Once again Poirot brings his grey cells to the problem. An enjoyable short mystery.

Oversættelse af "The Kidnapped Prime Minister", "Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim", "Adventure of the Egyptian Tomb", "Adventure of the Cheap Flat", "The Veiled Lady" fra bogen "Poirot Investigates". "Double Clue" fra bogen "Double Sin and Other Stories", "Adventure of the Clapham Cook" fra bogen "The Under Dog and Other Stories" ved Ellen Duurloo og Poul Ib Liebe.
