Doug E. Lowe is a senior quality consultant at Hewlett Packard's Software Engineering Systems Division, where he has developed software for computer-aided electronic design. He received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Michigan State University and an M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Toledo, and has taught operating-systems architecture show more at the graduate level.
