Little Quack's mom is playing hide and seek with her ducklings when Little Quack is running out of time and places to hide so decides to hide behind his mom. In school the author of this book came to my elementary school and I got a signed copy of the book. I believe this is a great book for young kids from 3-5 because there is counting and onomatopoeia for kids to learn.
This book would be a nice book to read to the younger grades to teach them how to count. It also teaches students how to play hide and seek while watching Little Quack play with his family of ducks.
Pre-K through 1st grade would love helping little Quack count and find a place to hide. They can interact with the book by guessing, counting, and helping little quack along the way.
This is a book about a mother duck playing hide and seek with her young ducklings. Little Quack hides behind his mother for the whole game and is the last to be found. It also has counting and subtracting of the ducklings when they are hiding.
The ducklings are playing hide-and-seek. By the time Mama counts to ten, everyone has found a hiding place...except for Little Quack. Where should he hide?
