Al estilo Asimov, el maestro nos lleva de viaje desde la astronomía sin telescopios a las primeras lentes montadas por Galileo (que enfocó este ingenio hacia el cielo tras oír hablar de un holandés que usaba un telescopio para detectar barcos en el horizonte) hasta el Hubble. Por el camino nos cuenta un montón de descubrimientos y de mejoras (Newton inventó otro tipo de telescopio, etc.). Uno de los grandes valores del maestro Asimov era que escribía de bueno humor. Y te ponía de buen humor. Te va contando decenas, cientos de cosas, como la cosa más normal del mundo. Y tú vas aprendiendo sobre lo que sea. Es una maravilla de las que paría a decenas el maestro Asimov. ( )
