This is a perfect little " must have " for those who have found the benefits of using our hard shelled and energetic buddies on a regular basis. Doreen and Judith have gone a long way in their book to show us, on many levels and in many ways how to tap the pleasures and rewards of working with crystals.

In this book they describe how to use energy grids, a practice I have usually found hard to comprehend and follow, but done it in such an easy step by step fashion that I felt empowered right from the start.

They describe 94 crystals in the book in a way that helps you through pictures and even such wonderful topics as color, characteristics, the archangels associated with them. Also show more included is a wonderful little message from each one that helped me to plug right in and feel like they were speaking directly to me.

They also showed me practical uses for crystals, and gave me pictured descriptions on quartz crystals so I could learn and see easily the differences between them. They even showed me how to tell if a quartz crystal is right or left handed.

As a healer who works with our wonderful little energetic buddies a lot I feel I will keep this book close to me and also recommend it to others. It has a simplicity to it that can help beginners and refresh the advanced, and enlighten everyone in between.
