Description

The Chaldæan Oracles are a set of spiritual and philosophical texts from 3rd to 6th century AD, of particular interest to Neoplatonists. While most of the texts are lost they have survived in the form of fragments, mostly in quote format from other authors. The original work is consider to have been a single mystery religion poem, perhaps compiled from ancient sources or received in trance by Julian the Theurgist in th 2nd Century AD.
