I can only read this in short bursts--it tends to either overwhelm me with all the allusions to other works or ideas or it just confuses me.

This book is an exposition of the the spiritual underpinnings of the symbols of the Tarot. It is an explanation of the spiritual principals which have their corresponding manifestations in human reality. It is a guide for understanding all that has happened, is happening, and will happen. The past, present, and future. (CWB)

A Christian take on the Tarot, with an addendum by a well known RCC Cardinal. But that is, sadly, not present in my edition - which is not the edition listed here, either.

Interesting - I'm not sure what to make of it, but considering the length of time the Tarot has been around in Europe, not that suprirsing, either.
