one of the best boxing bios ever. ( )

This is a great tale. It is both tragic and touching. It is almost Shakespearian in its themes. Great boxing reportage, biography mixed with gangster lore. A real page turner. The reader will end up caring about Liston who ended life under appreciated and overlooked. ( )
