Interesting book but rather clinical and I have a habit of picking it up and then putting it down for a few days so that when I pick it back up again I have to re-read what I already read to get back in the right "mind frame".
Tools for therapists using feedback loops: auditory, visual, kinesthetic. The text itself has been deconstructed. Change the way you see, hear, feel, and imagine the world you live in. It's an Esalen workshop.
