I've made quite a few recipes from this book and they've all been easy and delicious. I have a lot more book marked, I'm very happy with this as a resource for myself as well as for cooking for my gluten free friends. ( )

There are fantastic gluten-free recipes here. If you have multiple allergies, you are in luck, because in this volume Carol notes whether it includes milk, eggs, etc. Unfortunately, some of the recipes can't be revised to leave out egg or dairy.
Overall, it is excellent, and gives good information, as well as flour mixes [an important item, I find, since I can't have rice either.] ( )
