Sweet Utopia: Simply Stunning Vegan Desserts

I absolutely love this book. Vegan desserts that are just as good (if not better) than the real thing. My favorite so far is the strawberry fields cake with the buttercream frosting, I brought it to a family get-together and even the non-vegans (which was basically everyone) thought it was delicious. The book itself is nice too, very colorful with a picture for each recipe. Definitely won't be collecting dust like many of my other cookbooks.

Glossy pages, full color photographs and amazingly decadent looking desserts. What more can you want in a cookbook? I didn't get to try any of these recipes before having to return this to the library, but I do intend to get myself a copy of this book at some point to try out. One can never have too many dessert recipes!
