Description
Bambi is a young deer hailed as the 'Prince of the Forest' at his birth. As Bambi grows, he makes friends with the other animals of the forest, in particular a rabbit named Thumper and a skunk named Flower. He learns the skills needed to survive, and he even finds love. One day, however, the human hunters come, and Bambi must learn to be as brave as his father if he is to lead the other deer to safety.Tags

The adorable story about a newborn deer and his young animal friends--Thumper the Rabbit and Flower the Skunk. After his mother is killed by hunters, Bambi must confront the realities of adulthood and come to understand his reign in the forest.
The first year of a deer's life.
The animation is absolutely amazing - one of the most visually impressive animated films I've ever seen. But there's no story, so it's really boring to watch. Also, it bothers me that none of the animals in this forest eat each other.

Definitely a movie that hits differently as an adult than as a kid.
Latest watching with grandchild who hadn't seen it before. Never gets old.
