This is the book my mother used to make Chinese food when I was growing up. Not an easy task for a very non-Chinese family, but the recipes in this book made her Chinese food taste better than the dining out! I still use this book to make the perfect rice and dimsim and stir fry! ( )

Excellent. Great layout, good photo illustrations, realistic, easy to follow....
I really like their series of cookery books.
