Great title with a lot of promise that didn't live up to what I was hoping for. It has some practical ideas, but you have to work at digging them out. There are other titles on this topic that are better values.
A nice book, although a large chunk of information is only suitable for US readers. Otherwise, it's a quick rundown of things you already know if you've been into this 'frugal thing' for a while -- or things you should know even if you currently make a million a year.

Basic stuff, some neat ideas, can easily be used as a reference book.
