Lord of the Dragon is better than the ratings would indicate. I did tire of the hero and the heroine struggling for dominance, but that finally got resolved and put an end to my annoyance. I thought the hero's behavior was boorish for much of the book, but probably typical for medieval times. Bonus: no cheating. 4 stars rounded up
