From an interview with Rajesh Kumar:"I am sometimes accused of plagiarizing English novels. Let me tell you something: I never even read English novels. In the time I would have to take to read a thick English novel, I can write two novels myself. I do read books in English, but they are reference books relevant to my stories. Most are general knowledge and science books. If any of my readers still doubt me, they are welcome to come and search for English novels in my house."Wonderfully pleasurable. Perhaps I'm hoping the reading some of the world's most prolific writers will have an impact on my own writing productivity?
