I recall reading this around 1964 or 1965 - powerful arguments for preventing MOST of what ails most human beings, with textual references for quite a few of them spelling out that general idea.

I haven't read this since I was a teenager, so my rating reflects more of a general response than an exact opinion. It did make an impression on me at the time, but I can't remember more than a few details now.

Discover that the Bible's directives can save you from certain infectious diseases, many cancers and psychosomatic diseases that are increasing in spite of modern medicine.
"Peace does not come in capsules!" This book was born as a result of a thousand sighs for the many people who left the office of Dr. McMillen without receiving adequate help. This is the prescription he would have given those patients. This counsel is not original to him, but when God led the Israelites out of afflicted Egypt, He promised them that if they would obey His statutes, He would put 'None of these diseases' upon them. God guaranteed a freedom from disease that modern medicine cannot duplicate.
