This book is about a mouse who goes out to play in the sun, but it starts to storm and she looks for shelter. She comes across a bunch of animals who offer to share their shelter with her, but she doesn't think any of their shelters are safe. Once her mom comes to find her, they go in a hallow oak tree to wait out the storm, and she goes back to get all of the other animals from their shelters to share hers because it is huge. This would be a great book to use in a classroom for teaching a lesson on sharing and helping others. Appropriate for grades PreK-3.
