Description

This second book in the series showed a major improvement compared to the first book, yet I find myself skimming through parts.
While the main story was enjoyable I found the subplot of the traitor too distracting. I skimmed the last third of the book. I hope the 3rd book will be more agreeable.
This is the romance novel that got me hooked on historical romance.
