I read Leo's blog periodically and have come to appreciate many of his ideas about minimalism and a zen lifestyle in general. This book takes pieces from his blog over the years, but organizes it in a way that focuses on specific aspects of your life from finances to dieting and excersize. Many of the concepts in the book I already understand, but I need to read it from time to time to re-evaluate how I'm applying the concepts to different areas of my own life. I need to minimalize my office desk right now...
A bit outdated these days now that its close to a decade old. If I had listened to it way back when, would have been more useful. Lots of useful stuff still if you haven't read any other minimalist stuff or especially if you haven't done the marie kondo stuff.
