Simple, straight-forward, well-illustrated - what more could you want for a cookery book for children? Well, children who cook, for a start. Unfortunately neither of mine were inspired to start dishing up Italian delights but since my level of cooking prowess is roughly equivalent to that of an 11-ear old [I can turn on the oven by myself and even fry and use sharp knives but the simplest appliances are beyond me] this book is perfect for me.

Wine, extra garlic and freshly ground pepper can be added to dishes to make them more acceptable to sophisticated [or jaded] palates.
Pasta, pizza, gnocchi - all the standard baics
