About Me

Iolanthe “Lannie” Woulff was born a boy in New York City. She grew up on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas, attended high school in Washington D.C. and in 1973 graduated with a degree in English from Princeton. Twenty-five years later Ms. Woulff commenced the complex process of gender transition. In addition to writing, Lannie enjoys spending time with her distinguished father, the author Herman Wouk.

SHE’S MY DAD is her debut novel.
