- About My Library
- I use LibraryThing primarily as a card catalog of what I currently own, what I have read/reviewed in exchange for free books, and to keep track of my wishlist. I have read many other books that don't appear here, alas (high school, college, scifi/fantasy I no longer own, etc).
My favorite novel is Even Cowgirls Get the Blues by Tom Robbins & I read it once a year, usually in summer. My next favorite is Sunshine by Robin McKinley & I go through streaks where I read it cover-to-cover multiple times in a row. - About Me
- Firmly and proudly situated in the RadFem sisterhood, the tree-hugger camp, and the book-collector guild.
B.A., majored in English Literature (Medieval/Renaissance emphasis) & Religious Studies (Mysticism emphasis), minored in Anthropology (emphasis on folk medicine). Usually have several books going at once.
When not reading, I like to go geocaching, do cemetery photography & nature photography, or hike at the state parks or trails. In summer I love going to the Renaissance Faire to watch the jousts & drink mead. I also enjoy Postcrossing & Bookcrossing, and continuing to explore my geneology. Currently writing Postcards to Voters & Postcards to Swing States!
I'm a coffeeholic & herbal teatotaler, a stray cat feeder, backyard birdwatcher, triple Aries, proud Slytherin, adorer of the Virgin of Guadalupe, a Dianic Witch (Barrett/TOD), a collector of Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab perfume oils, a lover of disco music, and an armchair musher 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
