First and foremost - this book is really impressive since it forces me to manage retrospective thinking all along the reading ... Often going back and exercice mentally in order to well surround lessons learned from the past and using them strategically as potential methaphor to bounce in business situations !
Mediaval behaviors was therefore a kind of Ariadne's thread definitively ...
A must read book for who wanted to foster long term strategic thinking and be more proactive to business show more semaphor !

Great work

I wish I read this 12 years ago, once I was about to be promoted to manager position. This book covers all things a manager needs to know and deals with. And the book also suggests frameworks, principle to make it work effectively and positively.

Leading So People Will Follow by Erika Andersen

Well - I used to read books during my vacation and useless to say how this one is great !
As many people already said before - talking about Leadership is really difficult task !
However - I particularly love the way Erika Andersen introduced the main components of it and therefore the description of their respective packages ...
Definitively a wonderful guide to leading people and be sure they will follow @ the end !
