This one sort of reminds me of "Wild Adapter" but without the nudity and excessive violence (although this one was certainly violent enough). Here we meet rookie agent, Kai Eto, who seems to be a super nice guy with a little bit of a split personality. I assume we'll see more of that later. Hal is his reluctant and usually pretty stoic partner who seems quite dedicated to the Narcotics Control Division. In this first volume there are two main stories that lets us see a bit about how the NCD show more interacts with the police and how these two agents work with each other.

The artwork is really vivid and in your face, not really my favorite and it took a little getting used to. I'm not saying that it is bad, because it is not, it is just not my usual cup of tea. However, the story is good and I like the two main characters along with their supervisor. This one leaves off on a cliffhanger and I'm certainly interested in finding out what happens next.

This keeps getting better with each volume but it makes me sad that I have to get so close to the ending so soon.
I feel that the plot in this is quite straight. It has great quality and the drawing is superb. The storyline keeps me going and makes me want to read more.
This was a good volume. It had me on my toes and omg Kai looks so cute as a girl but i was so upset with seeing him almost get shot up with drugs.
