This has the potential to be a great reference cookbook. I love the "blasted" veggies and the "shook" potatoes. I need to spend more time with it.

I like the idea of the cookbook, and the salmon & apples recipe is wonderful. But it hasn't grabbed me.

Not feeling it right now and have such a large, large stack of books to get through. I'm pretty sure that I'll come back to this in drips and drabs . . . each essay really is a stand-alone piece .
