This book is a quick and easy read. It is thought-provoking because the author addresses the issues of procrastination and time management from a different perspective than most time-management books. Very enlightening.
This was an easy-to-read (or listen to) book.  Emmett gave lots of tips on how to manage your work time in order to give you time to take care of yourself.  She gave a lot of personal anecdotes to back up her thoughts and ideas. There was nothing new or groundbreaking to her ideas, but she gave lots of validation for taking care of yourself and reiterated that taking care of your needs is not being selfish.  She provided a lot of good points and stories on this subject.  The best part of show more the audioversion was the author herself.  She was just adorable.  She would share a story or a quote and couldn't help but giggle and add side bits.  Well worth listening to her. show less

I found this to be an excellent book. I enjoyed the work sheet questions at the end of each chapter and found some of the the methods to be helpful. Although even though I've finished reading the book I haven't quite gotten around to answering all the assignments and implementing all the methods. In theory I think they'll work well, it's just a matter of putting them in action. The book was written in a conversational tone and was a joy to read.
