Quick, complete, informative, sex- and body-positive, and not in any way heteronormative. Nothing you couldn't scrounge up from other sources, but nice to have it all compiled in one place. I was particularly surprised that it has a section on how aging relates to sexual pleasure and health (including a warning to talk to your doctor about "your particular vaginal sensitivities" before getting a hysterectomy) -- that one I wouldn't have necessarily thought to scrounge up on the internet. It show more just adds to the sense of exhaustivity.

There's no reason to drop everything and get this book, but if it happens across your path or if you're deliberately in search of a book about internal stimulation, this would be a good choice. show less
