ANY gluten free cookbook that acknowledges that Cinnamon Rolls and cheesecake is something that is needed in one's life gets praise from me!
The standard paperback size is a bit akward for cooking with but that's the only flaw I could really see.

I loved this cookbook. It is fully of yummy recipes that I can't wait to try. I've already tried the Pear Torte for Christmas Eve dessert which was phenomenal. Even my skeptical non-gluten free family members loved it and are already asking for more. I can't recommend a better cookbook for those faced with the challenges of a gluten free diet.
As it is a library loaner I've photocopied some recipes for now but I fully intend on buying a copy ASAP.

When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease, my husband bought me three books by Better Hagman, this being one of them. Her cookbooks were really was my first foray into gluten free cooking and baking. She has paved the way for many, many people and will always be considered a pioneer for those needing to follow a gluten free diet.
Just recipes, more complex than I needed, but interesting.
