It has what a bread machine use needs - many recipes for different styles. For Canadian users, it recognizes that all purpose flour in Canada is higher in protein than in the US, and that bread flour does not have to be used for all recipes that call for white flour. Author favours measuring ingredients by volume, which other baking books warn can lead to unexpected outcomes. Small measurement errors with yeast, salt, sugar affect the result.
This is the best gluten free cookbook I've seen (and I have tried ALL of them so far). It has a recipe for Tempura and Batter for fish (for fish and chips) and I would buy this book again just for that single recipe! It will fool a non-Celiac.
There are other good recipes too - others of them might not trick a gluten eater, but they are very tasty alternatives for those who cannot eat gluten.

Multiple recipes made from this book. All exceptional. My partner's bread is a huge hit at family gatherings.
We've tried other bread machine books but keep coming back to this one.
Not impressed. A lot of the recipes are for making dough in the machine and baking in the oven. That totally defeats the purpose of a bread machine.
