A solid commentary in the Wesleyan tradition. It is a bit dated, using the KJV as the base. It interacts with RSV and Berkley, but was published pre-NIV and more recent translations. It is thorough while being brief.
A fantastic resource for Bible study or sermon prep. I do wish it had a few more words.
