Chapman Piloting & Seamanship 65th Edition (Chapman Piloting, Seamanship and Small Boat Handling) by Elbert S. Maloney
This is an encyclopedic look at sailing. Not a book to read, but a good reference. (also good for flattening things, as it is quite hefty!)
