Long, lean, and exotically beautiful, Afro-Cuban Niya Londres has achieved a great deal since coming to America ten years ago. Through talent and hard work, she's climbed her way to the top of her glittering career as the star of a hit Broadway musical. Now she's planning her lavish Acapulco wedding. There's just one hitch--she hasn't said 'yes' to any of the three men who have popped the question! Three men anxiously await her answer. Which will Niya choose? As Niya carefully weighs her show more decision, she discovers that all she's ever dreamed of might not be what she really wants... (Amazon.com)

As far as urban lit goes, this one is really tame! Bunkley knows how to tell a story the old fashioned way, without the graphic sex, violence, and gangster and ho stereotypes that plague most urban fiction novels. It could use some finishing touches, but it has a good plot and decent character development.

This was okay - a bit slow in the beginning. I was disappointed witht he way thefemale lead gave up on everything she believed in just to keep her man.
Boooooring. Not great, not horrible. No excitement or passion. Couple of smile moments, but not enough to make this memorable. 3hrs 55mins
