Salvatore Calabrese

Salvatore Calabrese is the acclaimed Bar Manager at the Lanesborough Hotel (part of the Rosewood Hotels and Resorts group) in London and currently Vice President of the United Kingdom Bartenders' Guild. He was awarded the title of Campari Bartender of the Year 1993, is recognized as a world expert show more on vintage Cognac, and is holder of both the Chevalier du Verre Galant de Cognac 1993 and the Chevalier I'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne 1992. A popular guest on television, and his opinion sought after by both radio and print media, he's also won many competitions for his delicious nonalcoholic cocktails. This is his second book.
