Was mind-blowing when I had read it more than fifteen years ago. But the strategies listed out will be quite outmoded now. Still, it might be an interesting read if you want to see how traditional brick-and-mortar companies moved over to the click-and-mortar avatar. A revolutionary read then, a nostalgic read now. :D
