You have to be pretty on the ball to figure out how to construct the blocks and the quilt from the skimpy directions.
But it is an interesting historic document. Under "sending out to be quilted" is this note: "There are church organizations and women who enjoy sewing at home who accept quilting, usually at the rate of $1.25 per spool of 125 yards." I wish.
