I'm not sure who the audience for this book is intended to be—the concepts seem too advanced for someone who hasn't had a stats class, but nothing new to anyone who has. It was, however, perfectly suited to a reader with no statistical education, but whose interest in statistics nevertheless carried him through the details. I gave the book four stars, but I don't know if anyone else would.

Light and breezy, but ultimately not enough substance.
