This book is appropriate for kindergarten-2nd grade. It's a nonfiction book with lots of facts about snakes to help kids learn about their reptiles! I thought this book was fun and the pictures were very engaging. I would use this book when talking about different animals, maybe even when teaching my students about the letter S!
This book is great for 3-5th graders, it is pretty short but it is not like a younger picture book, it is an informational text. This book was fairly short, and each page had photos of snakes and different snakes, with short text including facts about the snakes, it is mostly a fun little fact book. In a classroom this would be best used as a book students can freely flip through if they are interested in snakes.
