What a beautifully produced book. The layout alone is enough to hook me. And I was totally impressed by the clever fold over back cover that doubles as a book mark and contains the index. Really smart!
The book is really about building great teams and working with teams and there is a nice chapter on team building exercises. Obviously, the book is now a little old ...first printed in 1988 which makes it 32 years old now. But I still feel the content is relevant. The presentation is still show more great and the ideas are probably fairly timeless. Happy to give it 5 stars. show less
