As a Home Education parent and teacher I feel like we have FINALLY found a book on Mathematics that my children understand. Sometimes newer isn't better, and this is the perfect example. Maybe I find this a great math book and education method because it is how I learned math when I was my children's age, but I see them having a much better time understanding the mathematical principles.
This excellent high school algebra textbook is filled with oral exercises, written exercises, historical notes, problems, career notes, self-tests, computer activities, and consumer notes.

I liked the book so much that I bought a copy for my own library. I especially liked the inclusion of computer activities in BASIC at the end of several chapters throughout the book.
