I bought this book at an estate sale, intrigued by the title. This book is somewhat out of date (1947) but it's topic is timeless. The author contrasts the emerging field of science of that era with the truths of the Bible - and finds no conflict. AW Tozer will later point out that science cannot conflict with the Bible since all scientific knowledge is already known by God and all scientific discovery - through all the ages- is merely God's allowance for that revelation.
Essential reading to understand the damaging effects of Higher Criticism on the veracity of the New Testament to the novas of Bible Study. As strong case of evidence regarding the archeological evidence establishing the truth and dependability of New Testament as God's Word and not fabricated tales.
This book is about spiritual giants who walked with huge strides across a majestic land. In the great north woods of Minnesota, God called a mighty man to be the first Apostle of the Pines. This leader, Frank Higgins, gathered about him other spiritual giants and they stormed the ramparts of evil for God.
