"Accents" is a very good compilation of different accents for English speakers. Example sentences are given within each dialect to help you understand how to pronounce specific letters, and the included CD is extremely helpful. The accents are written in phonetic English rather than IPA as well, which makes it a bit more user-friendly than other accent books.
