A clear and well-presented book about listening to God. The author proposes that prayer should be a two-way exchange rather than the monologue which most of us are more used to. There is solid Scriptural backing and some practical advice to the suggestions made, including a very helpful chapter about praying the Lord's Prayer.

I gather the author was involved in one of the TV evangelist scandals; nevertheless, this book, written in 1990, is well worth reading. I found it thought-provoking show more and quite inspiring. show less
